2019 SECA Thunder Bomber Rules and Driver rules
Driver:
Cannot of won a race in the past 3 years in any divisions at any track.
Cannot of won Championship at any track in past 3 years.
Win three races and Driver will be moved up to Thunder Bomber.
Cannot compete in any other division the same night.
If driver moves up to Thunder Bomber driver cannot move back down.
